The founder of Bully My Bills was with the same auto insurance company for seven years with no accidents or tickets, before she realized there were six hidden errors buried deep within the auto policy that were driving her premium through the roof.
In 2023 the insurance renewal offer had two significant errors (Error 1 & 2). Once corrected it brought the premium from $2,142.00 down to $1761.00
2024 The premium again went up $881 from $1,761 to the new renewal offer in of $2,642. Upon close inspection revealed two new errors had popped up (Errors 3 & 4). Once corrected brought the annual premium down to $2,358, still a stinging $597 increase from the previous year for no reason.
She mistakenly thought this jump was due to inflation, since everything was going up!
Later in 2024 preparing to renew the policy again, she found another error (Error 5), a driver was mistakenly added to the policy, and the Multiple Vehicle Discount mysteriously was dropped off with this renewal. (Error 6)
After all SIX errors were fixed, the annual premium was brought down to $1,510.
The founder of Bully My Bills purchased her first home in 2021 and later rented it out, she added a second home and bundled both properties with her auto insurance for what was promised as "savings." However, after an issue with her auto policy, she decided to carefully review both home policies.
What she found was alarming—both policies had skyrocketed from $1,500 in 2023 to $2,500 in 2024. By identifying errors and inefficiencies, she successfully reduced her premiums, saving $3,600 annually. Over the life of a 30-year mortgage, that’s a savings of $108,000!
This experience inspired her to create Bully My Bills, helping others achieve similar savings through expert policy analysis and personalized recommendations.
In this situation, if she were a client of Bully My Bills her fee would be $3,600, but the savings would be $104,400! - over the lifetime of the mortgages.
